Privacy policy

This policy explains what AMBALA Fitness & Sports (“we”) collects when you use ambalafitness.com, why we need it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to sell and deliver your order, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email address and, if you give it, your mobile number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Your orders: delivery name, phone, city, area and address, delivery notes, what you bought and how you paid.
• Bank transfer payments: the transaction ID and the payment screenshot you upload. Only staff who check payments can open these.
• Messages: what you write to us in the website chat, with the name and phone you give there.
• Technical data: basic security logs (such as IP address and browser) kept by our hosting provider to protect the site from abuse.

Why we use it

• To process, confirm, deliver and support your order, including calling or messaging you about it.
• To send order confirmations and sign-in codes by email.
• To prevent fraud, such as reused payment screenshots or repeated refused deliveries.
• To keep the records the law requires for sales.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Courier companies: your name, phone and delivery address, to deliver your order.
• Supabase: stores our database, accounts and payment screenshots.
• Cloudflare: hosts the website and forwards email sent to us.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and wishlist, and keeping your chat open. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account details are kept while you have an account. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Payment screenshots and chat messages are deleted when they are no longer needed for the order.

Your choices

You can see and update your details on your account page. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email us from the address on your account. We reply within 7 days. Order records we must keep by law are kept, but no longer linked to your account.
