Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on ambalafitness.com, run by AMBALA Fitness & Sports, registered as AMBALA FITNES AND SPORTS (NTN 9303504-6), Fazalpura, Shaheenabad, Gujranwala, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to place an order. You can browse and fill your cart without one. Keep access to your email or Google account safe, since that is how you sign in.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you order. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for free.

Placing an order

Your order is confirmed once we call or message you to confirm it, or once your bank transfer is verified. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the details can’t be confirmed. If you’ve already paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

• Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. For orders over Rs 30,000, an advance of 20% is paid by bank transfer, and the rest on delivery.
• Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa: you upload the payment screenshot at checkout and pay nothing on delivery. Bank transfer orders that can’t be verified within 48 hours are cancelled automatically.
• If a customer refuses cash on delivery orders without a reason, we may ask for an advance on their future orders.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number. After dispatch, our returns policy applies.

Use of equipment

Strength and cardio equipment must be assembled, used and maintained following the instructions supplied. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly by others, or using equipment beyond its rated load. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We’ll always try to settle any problem directly with you first.
