7-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items within 7 days of delivery, in their original packaging with all parts.

• Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number before sending anything back.
• Send the item to our warehouse, or arrange a pickup with us. For change-of-mind returns, the return delivery cost is yours.
• We refund the item price within 7 working days of receiving it, by bank transfer to an account in your name. The original delivery fee isn’t refunded.

Not returnable: opened supplements, items that have been used or assembled (unless faulty), and custom or made-to-order setups.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full, including delivery, and we cover the return cost.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different weight or size, return the unused item within 7 days and place a new order.

Warranty

• 1 year on steel frames, racks, bars and plates: welds, cracks and structural faults.
• 1 year on rubber, upholstery, cables and moving parts.
• Cardio machines (treadmills, bikes) don’t carry a warranty from us.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults with normal use. It doesn’t cover wear and tear, rust from outdoor or damp storage, misuse, overloading, or damage from incorrect assembly by others.

Making a warranty claim

Send your order number, a short description and photos or a video of the fault on WhatsApp or by email. We reply within 2 working days, and repair, replace or refund the item if the claim is covered.
