Delivery & cash on delivery

Delivery fees

• Standard delivery: Rs 450, or free on orders over Rs 30,000.
• Express delivery (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): Rs 900.
• Store pickup from Fazalpura, Shaheenabad, Gujranwala: free. Open Saturday to Thursday, 10 am to 6 pm (closed Friday).

Racks, benches and cardio machines travel by freight. The freight cost is included in the quote we confirm with you before dispatch.

Delivery times

• Orders confirmed before 4 pm usually leave our warehouse the same day.
• Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad: usually 1–2 working days.
• Other cities: usually 3–5 working days. Remote areas can take longer.
• For freight items, the courier calls you 24 hours before delivery.

We ship with Leopards Courier and PostEx. You can follow your order any time on Track order.

Cash on delivery

• Pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives, anywhere in Pakistan.
• For orders over Rs 30,000, we ask for a 20% advance by bank transfer. You pay the rest on delivery.
• Please have the exact amount ready. Couriers usually can’t give change.
• You can check the outside of the parcel before paying. Report any damage to us within 48 hours (see Returns).

Bank transfer and JazzCash / Easypaisa

Pay the full amount by bank transfer or JazzCash or Easypaisa and upload the screenshot at checkout. You pay nothing on delivery. We verify transfers within working hours, usually the same day.

Assembly

Assembly is available in Lahore and Islamabad, starting at Rs 3,500. Ask us on WhatsApp when you order.
